Description

Duodip 55% EC is an ectoparasiticide for use in Dips or as a Spray for the control of ticks, fleas, mange, tsetse flies, and lice on cattle, sheep, goats, camels, pigs, cats, and dogs.

It contains Chlorpyrifos 500g/l and Cypermethrin 50g/l. Duodip is an ectoparasiticide spray with a combination of organophosphorus and synthetic pyrethroid ingredients.

 

 

Package Size And Mixing

Available in a 20-milliliter bottle. Other packages are 50 millimeters and 100 milliliters. Duodip must be diluted with water before use and then applied as a dip or spray.

 

 

Precautions When Using Duodip 55% EC
  • Do not slaughter animals for human consumption within 1 day of treatment.
  • Wear protective clothing i.e. face-shield & rubber gloves when handling the concentrated product.
  • Wash splashes of the concentrate from the skin immediately using plenty of water.
  • If the concentrated solution splashes into the eye, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
  • If ingested accidentally, seek medical attention immediately.
  • Remove heavily contaminated clothing and wash them thoroughly before re-use.
  • Wash hands and exposed skin before eating, drinking, and smoking and after treating the livestock.
  • Duodip is very dangerous to fish; avoid contamination of ponds and waterways.
  • Wash out the empty containers after use and dispose of them safely.
