Uses of Cue-Lure Plug

The Cue-Lure plug is also effective in controlling other Bactrocera species that respond to Cue-Lure. The melon fly is an economic pest of cucurbits such as melons, squashes, pumpkins, and solanaceous vegetables like eggplants, tomatoes, and peppers.

 

Application rates

4 lures/acre (minimum) for monitoring.
10 lures/acre for mass trapping.
